Today is going relatively slow, as has every day this week. While the boss is out (and unavailable to give me more work), I’ve been playing with the code behind the blog. I started a test blog to play around with. I’m slowly figuring out how the code works, which is kinda cool since I not only don’t know how to code, I don’t even know which language it’s written in. I assume Javascript, but could be totally wrong. I’ve gotten enough figured out that I can at least set the colors the way I want them. Next is to figure out how to change the layout. Straight html coding isn’t a problem for me, but blogs use a lot of scripts to “simplify” things. It does make it simple to post, but it makes the aesthetics much more complicated.
Well, the boss is coming up the stairs. With about a half hour left in the day, maybe I can get something productive to do, or at least get something lined up to do tomorrow morning.
