I learned of this cool site on G4TechTV’s The Screen Savers. It’s a cool way to find good deals for stuff on eBay. Fat Fingers automatically generates countless misspellings for you and provides a link to ebay with those misspellings. It allows you to find the things that other bidders won’t find because they are spelling everything correctly.
Fat Fingers is a British site, but it works with not only the British eBay site, but also the American, Canadian, Australian, and several others.
The down side is that if too many people find out about it, the good deals will disappear. I’m not afraid my meager audience will cause trouble with me trying to get deals on the things I buy, so I’m not afraid to mention it here. Just airing it on TechTV did thousands of times more damage (but I wouldn’t have learned about it had they not.)
