  1. I have always felt this way; it makes it very hard to get excited about sending my children to college.
Paying large amounts of money for the previledge of being indoctrinated with politically correct clap-trap and receiving a mediocre education (at best)

Believing this and talking this way is anathema to my in-laws and most of my friends, but I can’t quiet the thoughts in my head, and just blindly follow the masses.

  2. Fortumately, there are still a few good schools out there that conservatives can attend. While North Dakota State isn’t a haven to conservatives, I became a Christian and a Conservative while going there. They were far more “tolerant” towards me and my fellow conservatives than the average University in America. There are others, like Texas A&M. You just need to know where to look.

That this quote came from a student in Toronto, the People’s Republic of Canada didn’t surprise me. I would assume that the U of Toronto is every bit as liberal as NYU, Berkely, etc.

I do not have kids yet, but when I do and they get ready to go off to college, I will make sure they know why they are going. If it’s for a piece of paper, they will have to pay for it themselves. If it’s to meet the requirements to enter the career path they’ve chosen, they will need to be ready to deal with the onslaught of political correctness and liberal ideals they will encounter. Since that is at least 20 years away, I expect it to be far more difficult for them than it is for conservatives today.
