In appears that Wisconsin will not pass a bill allowing open season on feral cats. Too bad I guess, as feral cats really do need shootin.
It appears that, acording to this column, we here in Minnesota have been able to legally shoot feral cats for decades. Good thing too, we don’t need to make ourselves look like fools while trying to legalize it here too, that damage was done by past generations.
Just keep in mind that I can’t guarantee there won’t be retalitory fire if any of my cats get shot. :p
