This week being perhaps the slowest of the year, I am finding that much of the radio that I listen to (actually in podcast form – but that is somewhat moot) is currently in “best of” or guest hosts. It is difficult for me to get through my workday without something of interest to listen to. I may only listen to 2-4 hours of radio/iPod during a typical workday, but sometimes listen to 6-7 hours and like to have 8 hours available.
So I thought this would be a good time to ask, does anyone reading this have something you can recommend to listen to? The only criteria that I ask is that it is free (preferrably downloadable), and that it is talk. it can be a sermon, a radio show – local or national, a speech, an audio book, or anything else.
